It was one of those days were I was less motivated to go, but did anyways since it is really good to do intervals. The bruises from last Sunday hurt though as I was warming up, but it got better as I started to run. The swelling of the toe also subsided, and I was able to get out all the trapped blood/fluids from underneath the toe. I was not very fast today though as we did a longer program:
