I had a bad cold last week and I am out in San Diego for work this week, so a couple of weeks of really bad training. Running from the hotel up and down the San Diego waterfront, just to move a little bit as I recover from the cold. The weather is great in this city.

The longest I have run in almost 4 months. It was a lot cooler/less humid today, so I took advantage of that. Never been this slow on this route before, but I comfortably ran the whole distance, and it is quite hilly.
