Sarah and I went out to western mass and skied at Canterbury Farm. Together on the first short loop.

Going out by myself to go a little bit faster, which is not fast, but felt like I got some good exercise going. My classic skies are a pair of cheap waxless, that doesn't glide even when it is downhill, so I would need to get a new pair if I want to get serious about it. My arms got tired first though, not used to this level of work.

The ski place was great, with some beautiful woods, but it was really targetted towards people slowly skiing around taking in the scenery, so the trail maintenance wasn't the best. There were not really tracks as much as compacted snow.

Feeling better, and fighting my way back. My legs felt week, so it will probably take some time before getting back to normal.

Still no idea what I had. The doctor's guess was something viral. She said some things going around currently could take 4-8 weeks to get over, and have very similar symptoms as Mono. I have had this for about 5 weeks, so hopefully this is it now.

Sarah got a Boggle game from Santa, so there seem to be some of that in the future.

Feeling better, but will not run again, until I feel totally recovered. I don't want to have a false start again. Whatever I have, is a persistent bugger. Dying to run, but I have to be smart about it.

Went back to the doctor today. She still believes it is a virus, but will start antibiotics if still persisting in a week.

Sad I will miss all the indoor track sessions before the new year.
