Really tricky and cool terrain. Was very much enjoying it until I fell over and banged my quad on a root.

Ran out of energy 10 min in but managed to pick myself up and did another five controls, then jogged back.
Not hungover at all but I did have a very long lie in which meant I missed a meal and that was probably why I felt a bit shit.

From Odenplan to home, met up with Josh halfway. Got a bit tired towards the end, specially quads.
Ankle felt much better than it has recently

4x(90 s, 90 s, 3 min)
1 min recovery and 2 min recovery after the 3 min intervals.
But missed the first two 90 s intervals..
Felt good!
