Planned my route to #1 before I even got in the start. Got #1, slight faff in the circle if we are being picky.

Slammed into a rock leaving it. Cut to hand and a deep cut in my leg. Lost concentration and drifted off to #2, hobbling. Hobbled slowly to three, was on top of it but paying little attention to the map, and more attention to my leg/hand/cold. Eventually found it, but only being able to limp, still being ill and binning so much time, I called it a day.

Discombobulated.

Felt much better this morning but still not great. Decided to run anyway. Just struggled to get any speed going. Poor route to 11, +20s. Scraped into B final.

Ran okay. Messed up #8 being on the wrong side of a wall, +30s. Nose bleed at 15, lost concentration trying not to spill blood everywhere. +5s on #18, +15s on #20. Nice to see that even after a messed up seasons training I have the pace to be not far behind if clean.
