Sassafrass point, wandered bits of cooks and the churchill park map. Mostly trail running with the forest still pretty thick.

Easy morning run to wake up, towards Ancaster.

Escarpment Rally. Felt fantastic today during the afternoon and was really looking forward to the run. Had a good 45' warmup and finished with a 26:49 (16:00)...have to make up 10 seconds in the next 2 weeks somehow! 5xSHS on the way home.

Nice long warm up and down today to finish off the week strong. Best I've felt in a long time warming up and especially down. Looking forward to next weekend!

Terrain run in DV with Meridian. Took turns with the map and wandered the P2P map. Feeling a tad slow today, but hopefully ready to go tomorrow.

Intervals with Meridian and Snipes. 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 with 1 after each and 2 between the 4. Took the last two on the downhill...screaming fast and good fun. 5xSHS afterwards.

Took a bit extra warmup and down today running around the neighbourhood.

Full circuit after at home. Tough, but feeling strong tonight.

My cold that settled in Thursday seems to pretty much be out today. Training through it this weekend would have been a bad call I think...
