A lot of the normal yoga with the addition of resistance bands in various ways - lots of core staff lots of balance stuff really really super fun! I can see incorporating this into classes. Just as another whole element not only for the extra work, but to actually help with alignment, deepening, and anchoring. Depending on where you have it. At one point I had two loops one on my hands, one on my legs yippee!

City streets - really nice temps! First part was walking with Brian and Lucy slowly. After that alternating between 25 paces of walking, and either 50 or 60 paces of jogging. Counting my paces in French really keeps my mind occupied, and I notice when I start to lose the thread of mental acuity much more quickly than when I’m counting in English.
