Run: VO2max intervals 1:02:04 intensity: (3:30 @1) + (19:43 @2) + (19:10 @3) + (19:41 @4) 8.69 mi (7:08 / mi)
ahr:151 max:167 shoes: Asics GT-2170 Blue

Insane intervals ITW via Hyde Park: 15min warm-up, 15min tempo, 4x 1km w/ 90s recovery, 10min cool down (supposed to be 15min tempo).\

Urgh, this workout friggin kills me. Hard, hard work, especially with this morning's rucksack. Really felt the difference up the inclines. Probably good for me. Forefoot didn't feel to bad on the run, didn't feel it all at speed, only at rest. Left achilles getting a bit still of the 4th interval. Both forefoot and achilles a bit sore now. Recovery run tomorrow I guess, and then I suppose more intervals the following day...

Run: VO2max intervals 37:42 intensity: (1:17 @1) + (9:34 @2) + (10:12 @3) + (16:27 @4) + (12 @5) 5.55 mi (6:48 / mi)
ahr:154 max:177 shoes: Asics Kayano 19

Sane intervals, 10min warm-up, 10min tempo, 3x 1km w/ 90s recovery, cool-down (supposed to be 10min back to tempo, but I can never do it).

Not too bad from what I can remember, but my forefoot was sore on Saturday and Sunday and I was absolutely knackered for some reason, so gave it a rest.
