From Gawthwaite through Low & High Stennerley to Lin Crag Farm. On to west of Blawith & Appletree Holme. Back via Tottlebank, Birch Bank and Crooked Birch, over Subberthwaite Common & east of Great Burney.
Left heel progressively more sore and uncomfortable.
Felt okish for first hour on way out but then died and felt crap with low energy on return.

Kirkby Moor reverse. Warm sunny day for time of year, started up Shooting House Hill, along Gunson Height, loop of Brunt Riggs and final drag back up Out Park. Drying underfoot and I seemed to be pushing reasonably well on the climbs, but still very surprised to break the hour. March 8th 1hr 6mins.

Nearly 3 hour coach to event & Steve B has us off within 10 mins of first starts - stupid.
Never managed to get legs working well - several minute route choice errors - average.
Lakeland lost to hosts DEE.
