Out on the bike on sunny afternoon. Steady until col de Dendron and then pushing on. Later roads washed out with soil & debris from the hedgerows, plus two water splash in road dips after the recent rain. Felt ok.

Another clear sunny day at zero temp with a freezing north easterly breeze.
Parked at top of Gawthwaite. Gawthwaite Moor, Subberthwaite Common, Great Burney, Tumbler Hill, climb Lowick High Common, around Windmills & service tracks to Cocklakes & back to Gawthwaite High Quarry for final descent.
Left hamstrings sore but glutes not too bad.
