Orienteering race 46:30 [3] 4.63 km (10:03 / km) +200m 8:16 / km

Cumbrian Galoppen - High Pike. Been protecting groin all week so decided to jog briskly around Green. 5 of top 11 times on Green had a pink Winsplit at #3 (boulder on a slope) and it felt too low down. Only two contours to climb between #1 & #2, 7 contours to climb between #2 & #3, but didn't fell like that.
Happy with navigation around rest of course, using compass ok. Started feeling groin through last 5 or 6 controls.
