25-mannakorten - middle distance on the same map as 25-manna. I always love this competition so I was really pumped for it. Got into the orienteering flow really quickly and felt good running. Didn't really do any mistakes at all, until I came to 15, the second last one. There's just something about the second last control! I always lose all my focus towards the end. That's really something I need to improve.

Anyway, lost about a minute here, so that was a bit annoying. But still really happy about my run. Came 5th in D20E which I was happy about :)

COOOOLD. Took me about 2 kilometers of running to get warm. Really dislike cold weather :(

25-manna Södertälje. Ran 25th leg in our first and only team. :) Erik on 24th leg came in as 84 and I ran out with some other girls in sight (Only girls were allowed to run this leg). Easy start so got into the orienteering right after the starting point. Going in to K1 I saw Anna F so I thought I would try to keep up with her. We ended up missing the control!! Haha! I lost Anna here but I still ran well, but then missed K6 about 45 seconds.

Around here sometime I got together with a big bunch of girls, maybe 6 or 7. As the course wasn't forked we knew that we would all go to the same controls. I pushed it quite hard and managed to get a small gap of about 30 meters or so, and I held this gap all the way from 7 to 18. This was the second last one and I just ran like crazy down the hill following a big "track" (which wasn't on the map). I suddenly realised I didn't know where I was and stopped. Luckily the others didn't really know either so we all sort of stopped, but then I relocated pretty fast and managed to get a gap again.

Turned out our team was MP on the 4th leg... So no official results for us. Buuuuut, if we would have been OK, we would have ended up on 77th place. (That is: if we were OK, but all the other MP-teams still were MP... haha) So I guess you can't really think like that... ;) Fun day!

Spinning class @ Friskis & Svettis. Wanted to rest my legs from running so this was a good option :)

Intervals with COL: 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 with 1,5 min recovery. Was a really fun session! Good to do it with a lot of other people :) First time in a while I've felt really good doing intervals.

A run to loosen up the legs after the ultralång on the weekend and the strength yesterday. The legs were really heavy to begin with, but I think this run filled its purpose cause by the time I got back the legs felt a lot better :)

Just ran from home, through the botanic garden and around Änggårdsbergen on the big tracks. Then back home again. Beautiful morning.
