Ski-o FC. Sore throat in the morning but it was a relay day. Started ok, but then long leg on my own. Lost there some time, and a bit of motivation. Didn't feel as bad as the result was, but on the other hand I feel that I wasn't "on the limits" (and you should be when it's as much skiing race as it was today) and maybe I was also a bit afraid of going there when not feeling 100%. I hope not to get badly ill after this.
Track. 4 x 1000 m (4:00, 4:00, 3:26, 3:23) + 1 x 600 m (3:10-speed). Very good session, the feeling improved towards the end. Didn't want to take all out, as competitions behind and coming at weekend. I have improved.
