Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.5 km (5:43 / km)

Orienteering 23:00 [2] 2.5 km (9:12 / km)

Model orienteering. The map was quite poor in my opinion and my o-thinking was at the same level after poor night's sleep the last night. Took it very easily.
9 PM

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 4.0 km (5:00 / km)

Intensive warm up. Got a good sweat which was a positive sign.

Orienteering race 1:24:00 [5] 13.5 km (6:13 / km)

10mila first leg in Riksten. Interesting race I must say. Disappointed to myself not to follow my route choice plan to the first control, and then I also missed 2 min which is the crucial mistake you just cannot do in the relay. 1 min mistake also on the second. After that I did good run, but at the half way my headlamp run out of power. The rest of the race was very difficult as I couldn't see nothing and the terrain was rocky and difficult to run. To handle it so well was probably my best relay performance ever although it was impossible to gain any positions with my weak light. After the race my right leg felt painful and I just hope this will not be a start for a long injury period.

Easy running. The middle part of my trunk is so jammed that it even changes the running position, which feels quite stupid at the moment. I just can't get myself stand straight. The legs felt fresh, however.

Slow running. The buttocks and lower back were in real jam when I started but the feeling got better all the way.

Brisk walking.

Planned to do a night-o-session, but eventually did not and this was just a run on tracks with a headlamp and map. I just didn't have the right mood today.
