My slowest run of the three days. 3 big mistakes were taking the trail to no3
No 10 instead of going straight west to the road through the green, I slipped off to the north and climbed up and down a steep reentrant , coming up north of the trail junction
No 11 I took the trail all the way around to where folks were going to the start but to an easy control I saw on the walk to the start.

Yea, my knee felt pretty good, still I was being careful on a muddy steep course.

Not super comfortable running at full orienteering speed.
No 4 was weird as I decided trail running was safer, but winded around only to not read the trail junctions too well and ended up at the junction to the west of the control.
Bad route to 7 as I went low and climbed up when I should of come from above and use the trails to get to my Attackpoint.
After 10 I dropped to the wrong trail to the east and had to run through the finish to backtrack to the go control ugh!
