Mississippi Palisades 4 Hour Rogaine.
I partnered with Lise who wanted to be with an expert (ha ha) on her first Rogaine. She is pretty fit as she beat me at the trail race at Bristol Woods last November.
Our plan was to leave some on the south part of the map, which we did and picked up 3 of 6
The woods are steep, had snow (slippery) and were really thick, so time per k was slow.
We did fine and came in about 15 min early.
This is a really great map and a 1:10 scale

Cross Biking Rd/Trail 2:20:00 [3] 25.0 mi (5:36 / mi)

Cold windy ride with my buddy from Marquette. From downtown Kenosha up to racine. Could not push into that cold wind to the lake at Racine. The turn around ride was a lot warmer feeling.

Went to Bristol Woods to run and took a turn and messs up the lower outside of my leg. I actually heard a pop, had to stop and tried running again and hurt it again. At that point I just walked in. Seems pretty bad right now and have been icing and compression sleeve. Bad timing
