had to go down to Willow springs to finalize last control locations and send courses off to be printed. Rich G joined me and helped me with the OCAD finish. That Irish Pub off of Archer Ave has great food at reasonable prices. But they need a better beer selection.

Running race 23:20 [5] 5.0 km (4:40 / km)
shoes: Icebug black 2

5K race at Bristol Woods, and a few CAOC's crew showed up as well as Springroll and one of my training buddies Dave.
A bit wet so on came the O shoes for the race. Only 2 guys in my age group. 60 and up.
I felt pretty good about the run. My garmin batterry died before the start, so I ran without any info the whole race. Probably better that way, but I like to push if my HR goes low and back off if it goes too high.

I also found out they work on buckthorn there, so next spring I will join the volunteer crew with my stump grinder... I will show them how to eliminate the stuff with out chemicals.

REC Plex 40:00 [3]

At the Rec Plex with my new day rate of $5 for turning 60.
I did a bit of weights and a bit of swimming and 2000 meters on the concept rowing maching in 9:03...ah the best part was 20 minutes in their hottub after.

Went to Bristol Woods in the rain and overdressed. So a slow run with KT.

Daylight savings will mess up my riding workouts with my friend who works till 3 starting next week.
