Actually I had the girls spend an hour on the spinners in the cardio room at the HS. I rode too and we also had 8 x30second sprints followed by 90 second rest. Just trying to get them healthy and in shape.

5 Miles.,.. ye haw. Slow but steady and my HR monitor now I know does not work right as it had me at 176 2 minutes into the run. I checked my pluse and it was about 125 not 176.. Kinda unnerving for someone with a fib. After 10 min it was fine. I know it wasen't me. Nice to get out and run for a change.

Came back from overnight with Track Team and no one drowned on my watch. Pretty good meet at Platteville, WI, where I finallly got my long jumper to believe in the penultimate step. Especially since she took 3rd out of about 40 jumpers at the meet. Triple is another story. Nice indoor day, and have set the bar high for training for the rest of the week, even though its gonna be cold and crappy this week.
