Well, true to form, I managed to submit my master's capstone project last night with only hours to spare. Feels good to be done, though! And now to buckle down to orienteering mapping and training and training for the Cherry Blossom 10 miler! Goal for the 10-miler is 1:20. It's ambitious based on my current fitness, but if I stay un-injured through the spring I think it's doable.
Command PT today was more swimming in prep for the lifeguard test next week. Just Val, Chief and myself in the pool today, so I was able to do a nice hard workout.
