Sycamore canyon with Shakey after work. Beautiful weather, and not too much wind in the canyons. Haven't been sleeping well this week, though, so I was pretty tired and the effort felt a lot harder than it should have.

La Jolla canyon w/ Shakey after work. Fairly rough single track with several steep places where the footing was difficult, but a nice run overall.
