Not feeling too drained after yesterday's Pilates so no excuse, especially with the forecast rain for the next few days. Down to Sydney Park and two anti-clockwise laps battling against the multi-school x-country which was running in waves the opposite way. Some rain during the second lap but dry back at work.
Edit: The x-country was Bligh zone for high school age kids, the standard didn't seem very high.
