Orienteering race 25:59 [4] 5.11 km (5:05 / km)

Metroleague 2 - Callan Park. Div 1.
A long sprint with no major time loses but a few seconds binned here and there. As usual here it was easy to get dis-oriented leaving a control so I was doubly careful on a couple of occasions to avoid doing this.

Running 39:38 [3] 8.0 km (4:57 / km)

Down to Sydney Park and 3 hills circuits (variation on Brooner's with western pap added on for good measure).

Edit: Garmin gave me 68m climb for the whole run. Counting the contours on the O map gave me 70m for one circuit. It certainly felt more like 200m in total with 4 separate climbs rather than a measly 68m.
