run 44:12 [2] *** 5.78 km (7:39 / km) +101m 7:02 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000 #3

Out before the rain at about 7am.

Had one of the Larzac maps and really struggled to read it, using 1.0 glasses. May try some other glasses and the magnifier.

Saturday Jun 18, 2016 #

orienteering 29:34 [3] 3.9 km (7:35 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#4 - blue)

Ultra Sprint, Leichardt.

Did,'t use any magnifying technology. I wore specs at the sand-orienteering two weeks ago, then forgot about them for the rest of the weekend. Needed them for this, as Duncan had set a control on almost every bush in the first copse I went into.

Slow and slow today, but didn't feel my cold.

Soccer semi v Kicky McKickFace
Paulos was on fire today, kicked maybe 3 and set up 2 more. 5-1.

QB3 Day 3 - Sprint, Coffs Campus
Went out hard, but knew I had to check codes to retain the lead. Confused into #2, navigated a corner too soon at #8, corrected in time to punch wrong control and again to find right one. Stumbled over #12, where others lost time and had seen #13 en route to #11.

Beaten easily by Oing & top W21s, but held off the M50s.
