Nicked away from the finish for a bit for a run. Little messy, but not really primed to run.

Light even when I set off. Good turnout, most of them did where's Ted as well, Simon and I just rode back.

V tired legs for last 10k.

Foodless afternoon made it easier to run without heaving. Running with Shingo.

Foot still sore, so decided to try the two new tracks at Bantry Bay.
Definitely not easy - did Gahnia first and thought I'd brain myself. Off bike a few times, combination of lack of confidence and lack of skill on steep rock downhill.

Serrata was more fun, managed all the climbs and at least some of the steep downhill.

I've put the saddle up quite a lot on the commuter bike, it does slip over time. This may have been causing the pain at hammy insert points.
