New area - hilly, very long grass in the many open areas. A couple of route choice errors and lost time trying to figure control location at 3. Apart from that I just went around, trying not to push too hard near the end. Managed to beat Patrik and Michael B for a change, although Michael had an elephant-track making early start.

Easy run home, pretty humid. A bit tight in right hip, probably doing something oddly as a result of having had a sore quad for a few days.
