Ride to (20+ cyclists on bike path) work and then to North Ryde (40+) for orienteering at Macquarie Hospital.

New SprintO area - Macquarie Hospital. A bit hesitant at first, probably spending too long thinking about 50-50 route choices. Lost contact once, I think, still enough beans to flog myself on last few legs, so could probably have run harder earlier.

Somewhat frustrating trip to get to Freshwater, but had time for a decent session.

Started off at the S (beginners) end, just a lot of small waves to get back in the groove. After an hour of that, I went up to the North end.. the waves were a bit bigger and closing out a little - took the drop on something that felt like about 3m and stuck it for about 5 seconds before wiping out massively. A lot to remember and more to learn...
