Sprint 1 - mostly no lost time, maybe a couple of minutes extra across the course

orienteering 27:41 [3] 3.29 km (8:25 / km)

Sprint 2 - on number 5 a went past within a small distance without seeing the flag and went another 100m at least (say plus 3 minutes) and then on No. 6, I was off to the side and looked at another rock feature first (maybe 1 min. extra)
