walk to the start

Extra 35 minutes at #3 - turns out I was just below the control and to the left on my initial approach, but continued too far, then corrrected further downhill, after some back and forth I decided to bail out to the road . Even then I took some more time to pinpoint my location along the road, I had previously seen a control on a rocky hilltop, this one was just within 100 meters of #3, passed it again on my return. The rest of the course was very little lost time, I stuck to compass bearing or more careful route choice and checked off features along the way and paid more attention to pace count. Others had some similar if not more lost time today.

This part of the map was very hard to read -- hard to see the contours through all of the black dots. These yellow paths were also hard to distinguish in places, or they started to look the same.
