My cold has fully come out today. Headache, chesty cough, etc. Barely managing to go above walking pace. Hopefully I can get out of collecting.

Thanks to my band of control collectors (Mark, 2 Colins and Mikey) I managed to avoid going back out myself.

Event ran smoothly and courses were well received (although I've yet to receive Nick L's thoughts on the Light Green course). Fantastic race on the Black course with Ali T winning by a single second and taking some notable scalps in the process.

Hanging the first few controls at Ramsley for tomorrow. Quite interesting in the low cloud and gathering gloom without glasses. Had Mikey to check on me so hopefully they are all in the right place.

Easy C/W lap of Digley (path open again:).
Achilles grumbly but only comparable to this time last week (i.e. before running S Champs). Hopefully I've got away with that one.
Sore throat not developed into full blown cold as yet. Fingers crossed.
