Day 2. Straffarrar.
5.9km 220m.
Delayed late start. Only problem was using the right elephant tracks. Took care where necessary and ran a clean race.
1st place.

Scottish 6 Days day 1. Achagour.
M50L 7.5km 150m.
Early start out of the way. Going well for 6 controls until i caught Nick L (9 mins!) at no.6. Then proceeded to lose concentration on way to #7 and overshot. More time went at #15 and #19. Surprised to see winner (Rob Lee) only 2 mins ahead but guess everyone lost time. 9th.

Cycled from Clare's new house in Bieldside to Duthie Park , Aberdeen. Run back on old railway with Lulu. Nice easy run avoiding the tarmac as much as possible.

Golf with Andy. 32 Stableford points (19/13). Steady stuff. Quite pleased to break 100 after a two week break.

Bike failure again. Digley, Yateholme but then derailleur suddenly collapsed and went into spokes by Crossley's plantation. I was able to bend it back enough to freewheel home.
