Checking control sites at Storthes Hall again. Mostly the same sites so not really having to do much navigation. Calf seems OK at this very easy pace. Feeling pretty tired after a late night.

Loop around the last few controls and the more vulnerable ones for the second time in the gathering gloom. Eventually had to use my headlight. Left calf twinged after 20 mins and carried on with some discomfort. Includes a mad dash out and back to replace a stolen control:-(
Golf. Matchplay; won on the last hole after parring the last 4 holes:-)
PS Got my selection letter for Interland (along with Louise and Michael's). Looks like an Adams family w/e in France at the end of March:-)
I appear to be running M40, along with Mr Barrable...
From Lancaster up the Lune Valley to Hornby and back down the (hillier) north side. With Garth for the first half until his chain broke and I abandoned him 10 miles from home. Sorry Garth...
Holmfirth Harriers. Had to take the kids so thought I may as well join in.
Honley library circuit: 2 x 2km. Cruised rather than going flat out as worried about calf. In the event the right Achilles was more of a concern than the usual left calf. Ice on everything afterwards.

Warm up and down to and from Honley plus 3 laps of the circuit.
