Orienteering 44:23 [3] 4.0 mi (11:06 / mi)

SYO event, Canklow. Blue course, 5.4km.
Still struggling a bit with the cold and didn't feel up to a race with Mikey, so opted for Blue. Steady run, taking straighter routes than if I'd been racing (brambles worse on ground than on map). Felt twinge in calf at about 25 mins; reduced pace and carried on with no difficulty. Calf does feel a bit sore now though.

Cycling 1:30:00 [1] 12.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Digley, Yateholme, Hades (with loop of the quarries), Arrunden, Cartworth Moor. With Janet, John and Ceri so very easy paced with plenty of stops. Breezy.

Trail running 27:00 [3] 3.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Chest still still tight so went for an easy loop of Digley. No pain in calf which was pleasing.

Note

Cold has made a resurgence. Feeling a bit rough during golf today. Matchplay off scratch with three better players. Managed to win one hole and halve a couple.

Note
(rest day)

Pre-booked session with Kim. Loosening work on feet and calves. Left calf particularly tight. Cold better now and still hopeful tear to calf is minor and I'll be running again soon.

Road running 18:00 [3] 2.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Still have a cold but also suffering from running withdrawal symptons. Tried an easy run down the road towards Holmfirth and back. Legs feeling good but chest tight; would have struggled on a proper hill. I did feel a bit better as a result but unfortunately I also felt a (hopefully minor) tear in my left calf towards the end.
