Run with work. Really got tired from 2k onwards and it shows
Same route as last Weds but no stops so a better run overall

Orienteering 43:43 intensity: (45 @2) + (18:36 @3) + (20:45 @4) + (3:37 @5) *** 6.44 km (6:47 / km) +73m 6:26 / km

Not fit enough and some poor orienteering.
Even messed up 1 by running past first road. Didn't see road as there was a bus on it.. I seemed to forget that this meant there was a road under the bus!
To number 4 took northern route but then took wrong road at the multi junction
8 looked low first then realised it was on upper level
9 still not sure if you could cut through south immediatley after bridge. I went via underpass
10 stubbed toe
12 went south route

rest straightforward but I did tire.

Orienteering 19:08 intensity: (6 @0) + (2 @1) + (34 @2) + (51 @3) + (12:32 @4) + (5:03 @5) **** 2.69 km (7:07 / km) +14m 6:56 / km

Final of the sprint race.
Area more compex with more multi levels.
Start positioned poorly though I understand it was not set out as controller wanted. Meant that all could see where first 3 controls where.
Not sure route to 4 was best and may have been better to go east first then go north.

Hesitation at 8 and not sure of best route to 9 I went east
10 via 17 as useful for later then straightforward till 16
Went to almost straight to it but saw it and thought can't be mine as not crossing point behind it. Went back out and confirmed where I was only to realise it was mine after all.

Whilst multi levels make the sprint orienteering more difficult it is also difficult to make sure the map is understandable.
Perhaps descriptions can show in column 3 if control is on upper or lower level or does this make it too easy?

Orienteering race 21:08 intensity: (9:02 @4) + (12:06 @5) **** 2.89 km (7:19 / km) +27m 7:00 / km
ahr:150 max:161

First orienteering for a while.
Gnerally a reasonable race.
Hesitated to 4 and when getting close to 9
Biggest error at 17 when went to far north forgot about how paths are showed on an urban map.
Hesitation to last control as number made it look as if road was OOB
