Final PT meeting. Evaluations show more strength and flexibility. I'm free to try running or whatever i feel up to. Should continue exercises (strength and stretching) for a few weeks, can taper off. No firm guidance on how to prevent other than to do those exercises now and again.
PT. Haven't had any hip problems since last pt, and have been able to push off with left leg when walking. I feel like i could run now, but will wait just to be sure.
