Video Gait Analysis at PT. 7 min warmup outside, then 10 on the treadmill. She took video from side, and behind, analyzed. No major problems. Left hip may be slightly too high on steps (or low? can't remember). says my footstrike is spot on midfoot, and overall (ahem) "that is about as perfect of a stride as you can have". So, it seems unlikely that there is a running style problem causing my calf problems. still unclear what the cause is, but one possibility is now off the table.

Felt good. Could have gone much longer, but i think i'd have paid for it, and the schedule says only 10 min.

I have been maintaining 2/day stretching and traction almost every day, and aiming for 2-3x/week on the core exercises. Neck-based pain is subsiding (often 0 in morning, slowly ramping up over the day). Not out of the woods yet, but i see light.
Calf has given no trouble.

At PT, ran around outside to loosen up before deep tissue. Felt fine! Now for the long slow ramp up.
This week is so busy i haven't been able to fit in any gym time. Hopefully soon
