NAOC 2012 GreenX Long. 61/90 or so. Wonderful weather, conditions, map, and course. Other than my many errors I really enjoyed this. But the course was not forgiving of errors, and i paid the cost. But this is expectable given my lack of physical and O training. This shows what I can do 'off the cuff'- I just need to work harder and be on my game to get more competitive.
Lost about 25 minutes to errors, which indeed seems to math the difference between my placing and who i would normally vie with. What did i learn? Have a plan - don't just run til you see a flag (there were tons of flags everywhere again). Trust the instinct that tells you that this is an important opportunity for error (control 8, where I knew i might make a parallel error, and insufficiently checked position before commiting to the 15 minutes of lost.

Naoc Delaware water gap. Adams creek middle green x. I struggled on this but learned a lot. Most of my problems came from the rain which coated by glasses and really made it hard to see map terrain and clue sheet
