Treadmill. 1min walk, 1 ttrot, repeat. First running! Still a real hitch in my stride, which quickly resulted in gait adjustments that forced a slowing. I was sore most of the day from this.
Last week or so I have walked slowly with no pain, but with adjusted gait (less hip). Faster or normal hip use hurt just like this. PT says that will work out in next few weeks.
Aftewards consulted with doc who suggests 2 or 3 weeks of PT. Says commute is ok but avoid hills and be carefull. Also rx of a bike fitting by a doc who just got training on it!
