This is a odd map to run on. The only time I looked at my compass was before I received the map. There was never a need to take a heading or check the direction of a feature. There were no parallel features that were similar enough to be confusing. Most vegetation was very nasty which turned this into find the closest trail and take it as close to the control as I could.

I enjoyed the event and is was great to see everyone since this was my first local event in almost a year.
