Orienteering 1:13:24 [5] 8.3 km (8:51 / km)

Went and ran orienteering today. Was an 8k course and I ran 9/km. not bad considering I haven't orienteered since June

Biking 50:13 [4] 13.75 mi (3:39 / mi)

went for a quick bike ride to work out the legs after yesterday. Distance seems off but I went into a park i dont usually go into and explored for a while. there were rolling hills which was a good challenge for the legs.

Abs and Arms 15:00 [3]

25x tricep push-ups
30x modified rowers

Running race 28:13 [5] 4.76 mi (5:56 / mi)

RPFT 5 mile run this morning. It was short according to the GPS so I am not sure what my actual time would have been, likely somewhere just below 30 mins 29:45 or so. It was really cold so my legs didnt warm up until the 2.5 mile mark or so.

Cross training 15:00 [3]

Did some abs and back, just jakes abs (30) and a real quick lift.
10 AM

Running 13:56 [3] 2.0 mi (6:58 / mi)

easy 2 miles to work out the kinks in the legs and then sat in the sauna for a while.

Cross training (PT) 25:00 [3] 1.25 mi (20:00 / mi)

5x400m run easy with 2:00 rest between each rep. Then 10z the following circut.
5x pushups
5x pullups
5x dips

easy day in preparation for our pushup evaluation tomorrow.
12 PM

Biking 1:08:29 [4] 18.01 mi (3:48 / mi)

Short ride on the river walk, the hills actually made it an awesome ride. Ace seemed slow but effort was good. Just popped in the iPod and went.

a good hard 15 min circut of the following:

10, 8,6 pullups
30, 25, 20 dips
30, 25, 20 pushups

I added some of my own abs at the end.

Running 34:02 [4] 5.05 mi (6:44 / mi)

my actual run for the day. the weather here is fucking awesome right now. I have also decided that I hate the army and am leaving as soon as possible.

Swimming 44:51 [4] 2.1 km (21:21 / km)

hopped in the pool and did 40 steady laps and then the last 2 were recovery. 42 laps in total, just over 2Km
