Run in the snow in the evening. A great run, I got inspired and decided to run a bit further. I am a bit concerned that I might be over doing it, but it feels good right now. I will see how I feel in the coming week/ weeks

Running to and from Pete's Hill for some hills. A beautiful night, with lots of stars.My legs are starting to feel fast. Also running down hill in between hills.

Short hills, about 100m and pretty steep. My legs feel strong and light. I ran the hills continuously, up and then down no stop. This seemed to work pretty well.

A fast run with Graham, late at night. We ran pretty quick. I felt fast and in pretty good shape, but there is still a long way to go.

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR..... I ton colder than it has been. I didn't wear enough clothing and got a bit cold. A nice run. It doesn't take as much effort to go on long runs as of late.
