Running before the 3rd day of the MINI 5 Day. I had a 3.2k sprint course. felt pretty focused before the race, something that I hadn't been focused on during the past couple of days.
Orienteering race (MINI 5 day sprint) 22:30  ***
Great run until a tough control in the flat without any features nearby. I knew it was hard, and that I needed to slow down, but I didn't. Next time I will slow down for sure.
