Running an old club championships course. I hadn't had enough to eat before the run so I was a bit sluggish the whole run. The course took me up a very large hill twice. It really was a beautiful area, and a great orienteering terrain. I just had the usual trouble in the circle, not knowing exactly where I am when attacking the control. This shows my lack of systematic orienteering.
