4th National event, classic distance, in Cunardo/Italy. Good conditions again. Course was physically and technically demanding. Made more mistakes than expected, about 5 minutes total.

3rd National event, a middle distance race, in Cunardo/Italy. Fine terrain and weather. Course mainly downhill. Had a fairly decent race, maybe 3 minutes of mistakes total.

O relay near Astano, 3rd leg for OLG Huttwil. Nice terrain. Course was rather easy. Made 1 mistake at 2nd last control (50 s).

Intervals on the track in Regensdorf. First time on the track this year. Tried to replicate PG's track workout of May 2. Didn't succeed 100 %. It is hard to run solo. A good workout nevertheless.
1) 1-2-2-2 minutes with 1 minute walk between, ( 250m / 460m / 440m / 480m ).
2) 4 x 300 m, full rest between, ( 75s / 76s / 77s / 74s ).
3) 2 x 400 m, full rest between, ( 1:39 / 1:42 ).
