O training Brambrüesch. Organized by OLG Chur. Hiked A1 course (the longest). Shoes were not adequate choice though (slippery slopes). Had problems to find some of the final controls.

Hamstring still sore after yesterdays short jogging. Some lower back pain in addition too. Seems I am falling into pieces more and more...

In the meantime playing with new toy: Smartphone Samsung I8910 (with GPS). Succeded to install Nokia Sports Tracker on it. Did a short test walk with it. Speed curve is a bit shaky at low speed. No HR.

Nice weather, so I couldn't resist. Easy biking: Wettingen - Wuerenlos - Regensdorf - Katzensee - Adlikon - Buchs. Not much pain in hamstring and lower back.
