Guisecliff from Pateley Bridge with Tasha. More or less dead. Tasha was leaving me behind uphill. Lovely run though.

hill running 2:26:22 [3] 9.1 mi (16:05 / mi) +1065m 11:48 / mi

Arant Haw, down to the stream by Castley Knotts, the Calf and Winder. Bright but a bit windy and quite cold up on the tops. Never moving very quickly and was a bit dead after the second big climb. Beautiful hills.

running 45:00 [3] 4.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

20 minute warm up. 2 x Parkside mile, 0.5 mile crawl home. 8:12, 7:55. There was a bit of a blustery wind which might have been more help on the way back but it was hard to tell. Also thunder and lightning but all I got was a few spots of rain and a few hailstones. A few miles away where Tasha was driving home the hail was piled up inches deep.
