WU before the race. Achilles is a bit sore. Wanted to practice some orienteering the day before but came home from work too late

Tried to be careful on the rocks. Had some compressions any way. Beginning was a bit sloppy. At some point I wasn't sure where I am. Then mostly little bubbles and stops (looking down too much). It didn't feel like all out but HR shows different

Nice morning run along the river at Washington Crossing. HR seems to be way to high - I didn't feel that way, although it was hard for the last 20 min. Felt my calfs hurt probably because of the yesterdays ride. That might be the reason of my often spring calf injuries - poor position on the bike or starting the season too hard on the bike...
