Note
When gutting a room, be careful not to cut through the pipes the feed the radiator, as they then spew boiling hot water at you.
Also try not to cut through pipes that would then spray water over the FIOS ONT and BBU.
Pipe fixed, simple coupler soldered in. FiOS broken.
