Running (Grandma's Marathon #33) 4:32:48 [3] 26.2 mi (10:25 / mi)

1:59 @1/2 bounced around 9:10 and 8:50's for most of the first part, felt good. My undoing after the 1/2 was stopping to get an e-cap out of my run belt. Never able to get back to pace again, sign of being tired 6 days removed from IM meltdown in Des Moines. Still had an absolute blast running, so much fun. When I was sure sub four was gone just throttled back and ran comfortably in.

3 x 1/2 mile at potential marathon pace with 1/2 mile super easy between. 0.1 for good measure. Solid on my marathon shoe choice, trainers!
