Sometimes it is really hard me to understand people who are saying that they do not have time for training.

Another thing is too see only the limitations and disregard the possibilities and in that perspective, you always find a excuse why not to go.

Good sleep! :) And +30 hours for January already - longer quality sleep came in need and now I am feeling already full of energy. Maybe some skiing in the evening.

Currently adjusting the daily routines to earlier schedule in order to start morning training at Isatis climbing gym. 5 am wake up's are calling.
