Well, it’s a long road back. Knees don’t hurt when bending them any more. Not even when running. But over a year since running seriously and 8 months completely off running has taken a toll on fitness.
Navigation was OK but the map is too old to allow smart decisions. All the unmapped changes near the end helped a tired mind drift.
